A living academy for the old knowledge

Our courses move from the runes as a historical writing system, through Nordic folklore and the worlds of Norse myth, to ethnobotany and the plant knowledge of the North. Each lesson combines a reading, an assignment, a short quiz, a guided meditation and references for further study.

We begin with sources: inscriptions, the Poetic Edda and the scholarship around them. Reflective and meditative practice sits alongside that foundation, and we are always clear about which is which. We approach ancestral and esoteric material with humility, rigor and respect for its history.

Beginners are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. Whether you are drawn by heritage, language, craft or personal reflection, the courses are built to be studied at your own pace and picked up again on any device.
