Refund policy
We want you to study with confidence. If a course is not right for you, here is how to get your money back.
Last updated October 8, 2026
14-day refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than a quarter of the course. No explanation is needed.
Digital content and your cancellation right
Courses are digital content that you can access immediately. If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. By starting a course straight away you ask us to begin supplying it before that period ends, and you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once you have started. Our 14-day refund above applies regardless, so you are protected either way.
How to ask
- Send us a message through the contact form, using the email address on your account.
- Tell us which course you bought and when.
- We will confirm within 3 working days and send the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 further days to show it.
When we cancel or something goes wrong
If we withdraw a course, or a technical fault stops you from accessing it and we cannot fix it promptly, you are entitled to a full refund or an equivalent course of your choice. Mistaken or duplicate charges are always refunded.
What is not refundable
Requests made after the 14-day window or after more than a quarter of the course is complete are considered case by case, and we will always try to be fair. Access ends once a refund is issued.
